Iphone 4s no power battery OK - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have Iphone 4s. It doesn't boot on battery, also not on ac adapter.
I checked battery. It shows 3.8V. On MBO there is NOT short circuit between battery + and -. Sticker is RED - watter damage, but i can't see any traces of watter. How to continue? What to check next?
