iphone 4s no wifi (greyed out)

Hello Everyone,

I have a iphone 4s with greyed out wifi.
Heating up etc didnt work als the ic became extremely hot.
So i removed. Ordered a new one (its a real one) and reballed it with stencil.

But still no wifi.

Are there maybe some broken resistors or something else?

thanks

hello friend, do you have any experience with reballing?
if so, do you sure that the you have succefully reballed it? and that the problem isn't in the new IC or in your soldering?
