iPhone 4S shorted caps!

After re-heating a 4S board to fix the audio IC issue(mic not working properly on calls), the iphone is not turning on and PMIC is getting hot, tested for continuity on caps and looks like a lot of them are shorted to ground.

What could gone wrong? I heated the board slowly and protected all else with kapton tape.

Just changing the caps would do the job? Why they are shorted?

Anyone already manage to solvi this kind of issue?

Forgot to mention I´m using the multimeter on the diode/continuity/beep to check if caps are shorted, is that correct?

Some caps that beep are C274, C275, C281, C126_RF, C154_RF, C152_RF, C211_RF
