I have an iPhone 4S with a strange problem, it is not recognized by itunes
when I plug it on AC battery charging me

What do you think of the problem

tryed change dock port?

yes I try another dock, by cons is detected by the usb mas unknown ringroad
itunes does not detect

Try an other pc if possible and an other cable to be sure

update or reinstall itunes.
