don't worry friend, i know that it is a picture of iphone 4, but the touch solution of tesla is very similar to it; and because I haven't permission to insert image from my pc (I don't know why) I insert it from a link on web..
However friend I replace u19 and other components (you can read at the beginning of post) but same situation, phone work perfect but touch no!

and if there is 1.44v on c210 when lcd light is on ,then u19 is defective or one of the touch connector track is missing so if you post me resistance of all the 30 tracks of connector i will help you and the touch connector is J5

incredible friends, I found the solution, the problem is caused by the third pin of the connector of the battery, beacuse it was not soldered perfectly causes the fault of the touch screen. The strange thing is that with this phone worked perfectly in all the rest!
Thanks to all friends of the forum, however, and I hope that this discussion will serve if someone has the same problem or to give a good idea.

I had a similar situation. I received an iphone 4S water damaged, after removing shorted caps on battery line the phone powered up but i had only image and touchscreen not working.
So i have replaced the touch ic, but after that... touch worked but no image !! grr...

I have checked all lines, and then found your post. I tried with a new battery and now the image is working too !! It was my battery that was faulty...damn.. :-)

Hello my friends! My name is Artem and I'm from Russia. I specifically registered on this forum. I hope you can help me! Sorry for my bad English.

I have extensive experience in the replacement parts for iPhones but with a faulty motherboard pushed first And really want to deal with it.

I have an iPhone 4S. This phone does not work touchscreen. Only slightly choppy image when you touch the right side of the screen.

This phone is no MECHANICAL damage. He did not fall 100% . He did not open and has not been repaired ever. Water indicators show that the phone had no contact with the water. Phone is clean and in mint condition.

I have all the necessary equipment in order to solve this problem. I have multimeter. I have a soldering station with thermal dryer. I have all the tools for the work. And a couple of days I will also microscope.

I still have a complete electrical scheme 4C (diagramm).

I need your advice.

Today, I just measured the voltage on the connector touchscreen. All 30 contacts. I did it when the phone is switched on the display shows the image.

Here are the results of measurements. All data in volts:

1 = 0,26 2 = 0,40
3 = 0,25 4 = 0,40
5 = 0,25 6 = 0,42
7 = 0,25 8 = 0,41
9 = 0,25 10 = 0,41
11 = 0,25 12 = 0,41
13 = 0,25 14 = 0,40
15 = 0,25 16 = 0,41
17 = 0,30 18 = 0,41
19 = 0,25 20 = 0,41
21 = 0,25 22 = 0,42
23 = 0,00 24 = 0,00
25 = 0,25 26 = 0,26
27 = 0,25 28 = 0,00
29 = 0,25 30 = 0,00

Please help me with this. What do I do next explores.
Thank you!

Dramatic touch iphone 4s

Hi, I've got an iphone 4s bought from ebay with faulty touch. Seller didn't mention any water damage but I found presence of liquid between the lcd connector and fpc. So, I thoroughly cleaned the logic board with isopropyl and changed the screens. But sometimes the touch in the middle of the screen stops working and screen starts to shake automatically, sometimes it zoom in or out when trying to click something.
At other times it works well. What can be the fault as there is no corrosion on the board?
All connectors are fine. I've checked the logic board with at least 5 different screens working well on other phones. Any help in this case will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

hello everyone! I have an iphone 4s touch not working. it gets 1.22 v on c210 but no voltage on L65_RF. I think its supposed to get around 1.5 v. when I check continuity with -ve it does not show anything. it looks like any print is broken and its not getting voltage. any idea where can i make jumper to get voltage on L65_RF AND C136_RF. THANKS
