Arrow Iphone 4s u1 u101 temperature very hot

Hello,
I have an iphone 4s 16gb that I purchased recently.
Yesterday is output on the display of a written security who said that you could not use the device because the temperature was too high.
I turned off the iphone and I left it to cool.
After I turned on the iphone and this has started to heat up again very much.
The high temperature build-up to the dock connector.
Looking at the diagrams I have seen that it is the area u1 U101.
What may be due to the problem?
I have also tried to restore the iphone but continues to move at high temperature.

Ok,
Thank you very much.
I'll try to see if it is the battery, because the device is no longer under warranty.
