Member: 360958 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | iPhone 4s U62 remove IC problem I wanted to reball the U62 IC but i cannot remove it from PCB. I remove glue arround it at 180C and use flux. Then set hot air to 280-290 C for about 2 min but it wont move. I protect the CPU IC with aluminium tape. Can you please give me some advice? edit: it is iPhone 4 not 4s |
