iPhone 4s U62 remove IC problem

Hello, i have iPhone 4 that has no mic and sound during call. Other all ok.
I wanted to reball the U62 IC but i cannot remove it from PCB.

I remove glue arround it at 180C and use flux. Then set hot air to 280-290 C for about 2 min but it wont move. I protect the CPU IC with aluminium tape.

Can you please give me some advice?

edit: it is iPhone 4 not 4s
