Anyone seen the problem with a 3rd party mains charger that the touch screen doesnt work well when the iphone is connected to a mains charger, not connected to just cable.

Same on iphone 5 and 5c. v8.3

I think your are using a bad(cheap) quality of charger..
Use Original charger to getout of this..

any charger with output more than 5.2v should affect touch screen performance
