Iphone 5 broken flex on top mainboard

I have a iphone 5 and on top of the mainboard there is a small flex cable thats attached to the frame and that cable is broken.
It seems its soldered to mainboard and i now wonder what it is and is it replaceble?

yes, you can replace it with complete flex cable circuit by soldaring iron. You can take it from other non-working logic board or buy a new.
