Member: 943277 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | I had a 5c with this issue. Removed motherboard and shielding off the front. Put some flux on the 3 chips at bottom of the board and heated. Let it cool, and cleaned with alcohol. All back together and restored no bother |

Member: 2265472 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Check the capacitors around U501_rf. There are 4 or 5 power lines leading to that IC, 1.05V and 1.8V. I had a short on one of 1.05V lines. Removed a cap C507_rf and boom. Phone restored without a glitch. |
