Anyone? I've tried freezer and no luck… should i throw it away ?

"freezer" who suggested that ?!
Anyway it seem you have hardware problem and i assume you are just user and don't have tools and equipments to fix it so send it to repair center
If you have tools your thread will be moved to hw section

I'm not a user… i have it in my servis. I read a lot about this and many users said that freezing the baseband is resolve this problem… some said that there is a firmware problem… if this is a hardware whitch part is broken?
In apple site there is nothing about error 3...

I've heard that this error could be a software problem… i've tried to install iOS 8.0 but no luck… still error 3. A6 is broken?
