FOR CAMERA JUST MAKE A JUMER ON FL15 AND LEAVE CAPACITORS .
FL26 IS FOR LCD BACK LIGHT IF YOUR LCD BACKLIGHT HAVE NO ISSUE THEN NO NEED TO SHORT FL26.

FOR gyroskope, motion sensor, compas CHECK U16 MAYBE NEED TO CHECNGE

I have checked all connections on the connector and they are fine.
I have checked the two supply voltages for U14 they are also fine 5,7V and 1,8V.
When checking U12 (touch controller) the supply voltage measured on C372 should be 1.8V (PP1V8_GRAPE) but is always 0V. The 5.1V (PP5V1_GRAPE_VDDH) supply to U12 measured on C369 is 0.038V.

I have tried to heat up the U12 with 320 C for 25 sec, no change.
I guess there is a short somewhere, but cant find it / mesasure it. I measured 280 ohm over the C372 capacitor on a working iphone, but on the broken one there was infinite ohm, so maybe it is a lose connection to the U7 power chip?

What do you think?
did you find solution, I have the same problem

I fixed past week an iPhone 5 with the same problem.

Solution is:

Check C149 and C156 if they give a short to ground.
If so, Remove or replace the caps.
Your touchscreen will work again.

Ps. Never reheat a glued ic. The balls under the ic will pop and jump like popcorn and created a shortcut.

iPhone 5 rebooting after 2 or 3 seconds of the apple logo screen constantly, battery ok, the reboot persists even everything disconnected but the screen from the board, tested with a power supply and it doesn't show high energy draining, any solution or where to start looking?

It is NOT water damage.

Thanks!
