iphone 5 low volume mic after frame replacemtn!

hi all, i assembeled iphone 5 for my brother and i used high copy frame (looks exacly like original) i got 2 that should be high copy and one that should be original. when you test the mic volume it seems ok until you move a little bit the phone from your *****, i copared it to my iphone 5s and it's got big difference.
i tested 4 different charging flex cables (with this mic) and still the same, i also put the black rubber on mic and also put the small plastic, nothing helps ! but one i take used original frame and check it there it works great, when i take the flex from the used original frame and put it in my high copy frame problem is the same, it's driving me crazy !! what do i miss ?!

You can put some cotton in the mic hole or you have to fit the black rubber with the mesh that has the original frame

bro.... try to replace power flex (with up microphone on this and volum buttons) .... If you changed the frame , probably you changed and flexs ... Try to add new flex( ORIGINAL ) .... and will work 100%
