No, those missing capacitors wont stop it from powering up, why are they missing? water damage? you say no lcd, do you mean it has no screen connected? or screen connected and no picture?

yes, screen connected and no picture.

No water damage, the caps ara broken, i removed them. (maybe another man broke it, when pull the battery connector)

that's cap control bsi, without these phone working well too, if there is no display then check lcd connector and filter L41, L42, L44, L45 on pcb. post result.
