iPhone 5 NAND issue

History: Waterdamage

After cleaning the PCB: phone is starting, but touch, boths cam's and proxy dead, flashlight greyed, no charge
I rework many components and replace following...

- RearCam + Connector J3 + Flash IC U17 + Jump U13
- FrontCam Flex + Connector J1
- GPS Flex
- missing components: C242, FL11, C9 (jump to C364)

... and the phone works 3 weeks perfectly without drain, heat or other issues. This morning i found the phone with black screen. Hardreset.. Now its crash directly, stuck at dimmed apple logo or show following messages:

i tryed already boot without display and/or charingFlex, buttonFlex, frontCam Flex. No heat anywhere...

I hope anyone knows more and can help? (:

Some problem here,water damaged tooo,but for me,it work only 4 days.Some situation.
