All ok, imei, wi-fi adress modem firmware all ok, first stay in "searching" for 30 seconds an then no service. At Carrier in info see the Network Operator.

Search for broken parts near battery connector.

hey brow its not about the charging port, iphone will showing the searching mode every time you pull off hte battery, its normal. after you change the battery also.
so restart yout iphone maybe 3 times after that you will see the signal.
some times you see that "searching" or "searching...3G/4G" mode but if you call that number you can receipt that incoming calls and text also. its software effect.

try to restart 3-5 times after that you can try reset network setting..

Good luck

*some cases you broke the component while opening the boards, maybe.
always using antistatic strap while you work on it.
