iphone 5 nothing on display

the phone came to me with white lines on lcd and i removed l21 and c154 and also a new display because it was very scratched and the phone WORKED OK for almost a week .

then the customer called me it doesn't display anymore.

i tried with a new display
i checked all the fuses and coils around the lcd connector
i also restored the firmware

i might mention that when i connect the phone to itunes it recognizes it, but it vibates every 2 seconds

i removed it because i searched the forum for a solution to zebra lines, and the solution was to remove those components, which i did and it worked, the zebra lines were gone, and the phone worked just fine

i put it back and no effect, as expected
