iPhone 5 restore error 3 - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody, I have an iPhone 5 A1429, it was perfectly functional on jailbroken IOS 8.1 but few day agou it starts to display searching for network and find no cell network, I checked in settings > general > about , the base band was empty, nothing shown in there , so I tried to update to IOS 8.1.3 caus I thought it was software problem but instead of updating my phone got stuck in red iTunes logo and cant finish restoring process at the end and got error (3)
I looked multiple tutorials and searched in forums but nothing helpful.
1 - host file clean
2 - windows firewall disabled and security software uninstalled
3 - tried 3 cables and 4 computers
most of you think its hardware problem but no one tells what to replace

please help me out
