iPhone 5 Soft Dfu Mode - GSM-Forum

hello
i have an iphone 5 he turns normally suddenly i found it off i tried home + power but nothing always on black screen, redsnow shows me soft dfu mode when i try to restore it it stuck in waiting for iphone, i put it in the fridge for 15 min and after it turns on but for 3 minutes after it return to soft dfu mode any solution plz ?

Hardware problem.Voltage missing,shorting capacitors water problem .

open the unit and clean it!!!
