iPhone 5 Soft Dfu Mode


hello
i have an iphone 5 he turns normally suddenly i found it off i tried home + power but nothing always on black screen, redsnow shows me soft dfu mode when i try to restore it it stuck in waiting for iphone, i put it in the fridge for 15 min and after it turns on but for 3 minutes after it return to soft dfu mode any solution plz ?
