i have used many solutions to change touchscreen,restore,ic power,ic u14 although all conection points on U14 are good.
pls let me know other solution for this problem

have you tried another digitizer? could have damaged the flex for it when you replaced it, or it may have been faulty when you received it.

I tried the flex trick and it worked.. thanks

And it was charging properly but the touch screen wasn't working...
