iphone 5 when restore error 9 plz help

hello i recived an iphone 5 wich was in charge during night and it was restarting
i restored the phone but it gives error 9 in the bigning when says witting for iphone it sudnly restarts and gives error 9
also changed the battry from other phone the same
any one can help me plz

Should be a NAND problem.
Have the same problem with an iPhone 4S.
When I heat the NAND, phone works fine.

Its very simple,

1.First of all go to the your system and open the browser and download the itunes latest version itunes software in official website,

2.After this install your system and open the itunes software,

3.Then connect your device with system and click to the summery option,

4.Now you see the restore option and click to the restore and normally restore progress in your device,

5.After this few wait and restore complete and disconnect your device with system and you use the normally,

6.I hope this information use full to you,
