iPhone 5c "bong" noise with charger plugged in, No screen - GSM-Forum

Hey guys I have a 5c that im currently working on . screen was busted when I got it so first thing i did was try and charge it and all it would do is make a "bong" noise every 2 seconds . I have had this issue before and a new screen fixed it. However any screen I put on it just results in the same issue. At this point im assuming its some type of hardware issue. Has anyone ran across this issue before?

There is short on caps around display pmu or touch ics.
