check around the audio ic for damage

5c mic not working: check FL49 its for your main mic, jumper it.. could be missig from the board when you replaced the docking flex.

Just reheat Audio IC for 2-3 mins. 100% tested

reflow audio ic... if still not working you need to replace it..
