You can buy them on ebay for a few bugs and replace them if you have the skills: USB power ic for iphone 5s, 5c 1610A1 charging ic chip U2 36 pin 1610A1 | eBay |

Member: 2566544 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have iPhone 5c with charging problem If it s turn on it charges normally percentage increase If it s turn off (both in the case of fully discharged battery that in the case of charged battery ) it doesn't charge ( usb detecter shows 0.00 ampere ) but clicking on power buttons it starts charging ( usb detector shows 0.90 ampere) and charging cycles goes good What do you think about ???
