Look below the video in the comments, the GSM technican say that it shoul be betwwen 250 and 300 you will see if it is proper when the soldering flux starts to melt.

The best temperature is +/- 280C then the solder will melt almost instantly but you need to be careful not to burn the motherboard.

Start with basic weller station. If you don't have enough money find a stanleyone devices.
