iPhone 5s after water damage 0.03A on PS


hi, i got an iphone 5s of my friend, he dropped it into the pool, took it out, tried to turn it on, than the phone got very hot and since than nothing...
i opened, cleaned all corrosion, resoldered all connectors etc.. but not turning on.
when i connect it to power supply, even without turning it on it takes 0.03A and when i press the home button i get no responed.
what can it be?
