iphone 5s apple logo then black screen ( dfu mode )


help pleas i have iphone 5s after change screen it just open on apple logo for sec and then black screen on dfu mode ia can restore it normaly but after finish restoring it sam promlem appl for sec and black screen dfu mode

i have same with my ipad air.
stuck on DFU mode
even after sucessful restore
still stuck on dfu.
ipad was ok.
just that client kept if for a long time without using it.

This is hardware nand problem, check nand capacitors, voltage, try rehot, if not worked probably nand has bad block.
