iphone 5s baseban ic ? no imei no modem


5s not appear imei and no baseband is searching


i take out the WTR1605L and still not appear and no baseband
which ic has the imei and baseband ?

1.IC U601_RF



2.Qualcomm MDM9615M LTE Modem

3. Qualcomm WTR1605L LTE/HSPA+/CDMA2K/TDSCDMA/EDGE/GPS transceiver.

First check baseband power, if no power try to replace u2 RF, if you have power on U1 RF, try reballing baseband.

I had the same issue, 5s no baseband. Keep searching..
The solution was to replace the small powermanagement ic
That gives power to the baseband.
