ih the phone is water damage, check for some component in short (like flash driver for iphone 4 in short that drains battery quickly)

Yeap, if was droped in water try cleaning with tooth brush and alcohol, and put it on ultrasound cleaner about 20 mins at 50w, if problem persist, change battery connector on motherboard, i saw cases when short is under battery connector, if problem is still there after all this, you can also try to replace g2 ic, is usb driver, and can cause prolem like u2 ic.

I '' solved'' the problem. I have unsoldered Compass Control IC U16 AK8963C. It was already soldered in past, and it have two pins cut off. My question is: can iPhone work perfectly (with no iTunes error in restore) without this ic???
