and the new mmc is it new or used from another board
can you replace 16gb mmc with 46gb mmc

Can you be more specific with the instructions please? you say remove HDD, Format, replace.
The order seems wrong, if you remove how can you format? do you mean remove, put on another board format and then place it back? sorry I don't get it..
What about reflow?
