I think it's a iOS system problem. Maybe you can try RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.

In fact, I encountered a similar problem. In some cases, using certain applications can cause the phone to suddenly return to a blue screen of death and then restart itself. I searched the internet for the answer to this question. Someone on the Apple forum suggested that if it is not a hardware problem, you can try RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.

Have you already fixed the issue? Here're some solutions I collect:
Solution 1: Fix iPhone 5s Blue Screen in Apple Store
Solution 2: Force Restart iPhone 5s
Solution 3: Reset iPhone 5s with iTunes
Solution 4: Fix with Mac iOS system recovery No data loss
