IPhone 5S error -1 or 3

Hi everyone. I bought a faulty iPhone 5s with the purpose of repair it. The iPhone had broken display so i replaced it. It had also antenna wifi flat cable ripped (replaced). The point is that when i try to restore the phone itunes give me error -1. In another pc itunes give me error 3. I try also in DFU mode. i read all thread inherent this problem and it seems to be the baseband IC. But I noticed that the battery is ruined. Worth trying to change the battery before rehot baseband ic (I never did it!!!)? Sorry my (bad) english :P. Thanks!

Hello
Just put your phone on the freezer for 15 mins. Put the phone in a ziplock plastic bag and put it in for 15 mins. As soon as you take it of the freezer, connect it immediately in to the computer. Phone will activate immediately. I've fixed the same error multiple times which the freezing method. It really works!
