iphone 5s error 3 at the end of resotre plz help - GSM-Forum

hello recived a phone in dfu mode so i start to restor but it fails at the end of restor and error 3 the phone is not opened not repiert it is realy clean board
any one have slution tanx

its a hardware issue. change U2 ic on the logic board

tanx for ur replay but as i know u2 ic is for charging related and the error ocures at the end of restor wich is related to beaseband ???

I tryed with 4 pc still the same i am sure it is HW

all apple products suffering from error 3 there is no solution out yet for this error not from apple official even if you are still in warranty then go to apple store and they will change it but if you are out of warranty then there is nothing to do with except wait

actually its baseband related(modem firmware),

error -1,-3 etc ,

it appears in the last moment of the software restore/update ..
