The iPhone 5s showed the Apple Logo several seconds and then the screen became black with the Backlight on, wehre normally should be the iTunes Logo indicating that its in Recovery Mode.

Tried...
...changing Dock-Flex
...restore with just the Board and Battery connected
...latest signed iOS in DFU-Mode
...changing U2

All Restores failed with Error 9 (0% on Progress Bar, then Blue Screen)

I restored with the 8.3 Beta 2 and all works.

I think there occured a failure at a critical step while flashing the Firmware.

But why does the Beta Version can be flashed successful? How does this come???

Back to Topic:

If Your Device doesnt start when connecting the data cable, or doesnt indicate correct Charging-State / Charge of the battery, You should try replacing Tristar-IC on Your Phone.

Think this happens when we disconnect the lcd without completely shutting down or disconnecting the battery and cause error, and when then when we restore with beta version this version does not check or bypass the system check which allow frimware update,

This is only my opinion and observation we need confirmaton from apple firmware expert here,

Lesson learned, next time to be safe

Make sure to completely shutdown unit before any operation
Disconnect first battery
With this blank screen backlight on problem try software first before hardware.

I almost pay customer for damaging his unit, luckily i found this solution.

Hope it help
