iPhone 5S Itunes error 40


Hi,
I have a iphone 5S bought with error 40 owner said it was during a update that
he got not to Finnish and ended with error 40 and recovery
After many hours of breaking my head over it tried al kind of software solution
thinking it must be software i decided to open him then found it was missing a view ic's and filters components i identified the ic's FL9_rf and FL10_rf
Some blue and black components next fl9_rf to but those i cane get from any board i think
But where to find FL9_rf and FL10_rf is my question ?
Somebody have a any idea maybe ?
Thanks for any help you can give
I have some jpg's that i wanted to upload to show the location of the id's but i get a error .
Please what to do to upload jpg to the forum

Thanks but that did not work for me thats why i looked further and found the missing ic.
Anybody who knows if the missing ic have to do something with the error

Error 40 Follow Up

After much lost time thinking it must be software i open the iphone removed the shield and found some 3 total missing ic 2 just above the battery connector and 1 smal one above the U3 i think must be U3 according the schematics

I can't identify them somebody from the expers maybe can tell us
I can't see hem on the iphone 5s schematics
Do you ??

More info

Found the right schematics for iphone 5s and the missing ic for this error 40 are
First one above the U14_RF i mis U22_RF
The 3 others are under the U14_RF are U16_RF , U26_RF , L26_RF , U22_RF

Somebody any idea where to get them or is my only option a dead 5s board or can they be found in other iphones ?

Somebody ???

have the same problem. reheated ram ic and power management ic. but did not worked for me. :-(
Reheated with 200 C. Was it too much?

Try rehot NAND 300 Celsius about 1 min, and try restore.
