iPhone 5s mic and home button don't working

hi guys, i ask you because i don't find the solution at this problem, and i think you are the best, one of my consumer bring me iphone 5s after he try to change battery alone, the result if the home button and microphone don't working, so i try to:
-replace dock result: nothing
-replace home button result: nothing
-replace battery result: nothing
the spare parts are functional because on other iphone work perfect.
the thing very strange is then fingerprint work but home button not, the consumer tell me that the phone don't take water.
what you think problems have? Because i don't explain this, it's a sin have this iPhone and can't use it.
I hope can you help me, thank you guys

i have exactly the same problem and also changed mother boards is it to do with back plate ??
