i think is mic ic, I also have a same problem

your buttom MIC is not working wich is on Charging flex. have u tried to change the charghing flex cable?

changed the buttom charging caple and power button cable which both have mic !!

post a photo with your motherboard around charging connector ( disconect the cables) i need to see rezistors and coils around charging connector on motherboard
