iPhone 5s no power but gets in recovery when charging

Hi guys
here s a tricky issue with an iPhone 5s not power on. when I plug it to the usb port, it goes in recovery mode and gets recognized by iTunes but will not flash.
As soon as i remove the usb cable, it goes off
I tried different batteries but nothing.
changed U2 also the same issue
any idea?

possible power management ic.
you have to check with external power on bord (or full charger battery connected + connect to usb - charger) with multimeter connection between a-b to see if there is power to be sure is power management chip or not before replace.
