when I connect power supply and press power button The power supply shows 0.00--->0.07A (is pulsing)

I checked
PP_VCC_MAIN
PP_CPU
PP_GPU
PP_1V8
is no short

what to check next ?
change u7 or u2? what first ?

also check i2c0 i2c1

i2c0 and i2c1 is not short.
I checked on R17, R18, R19, R21. did i do good?

1.8V is there?
also check PP1V8_SDRAM

yes but is not stable. 0.3...0.7...1.7V over and over again, is looping
power consumption is looping too 0.00...0.03...0.07A. max 0.07 and start again from 0

PP_VCC_MAIN is stable
