If you type *#06# the imei show up?
If not, try rehot bb_pmu (u2_rf)

take u2 ic from dead board , some new ic is bad quality

hello i have the same problem 2 times in iphone 5s and the problem is the ic u2 chinatown ... i buy in another site and works perfect ... try to change anothers ic

Change u2 u lost imei for sure its u2 problem
