I confirm this result. Rework, reflow/reball on the U1_RF and U3_RF area do revolve the No Service issue.

Wich temperature you use guys for rework on iphone mobos?

Example for touch ic , baseband ic , u2 ic ,etc . Using same temp for all or each ic have his own setup ?

Depending on the type of hot air. The components before the u2 shine off

Is it best to reball the board side with hot air and heat on U2 charging ic

Remove board solder and ball IC ONLY?

I only remove U2 ic on iP5s. All the heat on U2 ic.
