Red face Iphone 5s no sound during calls


I have a i5s that's works great but there is no sound during calls.
I have changes mics and speakers.
It works on facetime and skype so i know everything is working.
What is wrong with my phone?

this problem sounds like AUDIO IC issue of old iphone 4.
the iphone 4 has the AUDIO IC that often need to be reflowed or better reballed.
A common solution on iphone 4 is to put a plastic spacer between the AUDIO IC and middle frame. in this way the AUDIO IC is pressed on the board and the work normally.

I'm not an expert but you can try something like that on your iphone 5s...

There is three mic in iphone 5s , is your iPhone being repaired before ? if yes then must be need to change the camera flex .. or might be ic got damage.

I have tryed many screens so its not the camera flex.
Where is this ic?
I would like to heat it up but i dont know where.

brother i have same problem before in iphone5s (3 pcs) and i succesfuly fixed.
maybe i can help u for fix this prob.
but,i have 1 question for u...

is it working on loud spker????

bro,before making heat or resolder the chip try to do load new ios by itunes...

i think insoallah u can solv ur problem.
i tell u before i got 3pcs same problem and i fixed 2 pcs by software
and another one has hardware prob...
