iPhone 5s not working

I have an iPhone 5s who does not turn on. Sometimes when you connect the USB cable shows the logo and turns off. The computer does not detect it (DFU recovery, etc.). Some time ago I showed a couple of times a kernel panic nand. I changed the battery, flex but it could not result. iPhone was used with cheap Chinese charger. Is the damage is in U2? How to check u2? On 304 have 5,05v, on c38 2,99v. Any ideas?
