iPhone 5s Proximity sensor and earspeaker

Hi guys.

I have a problem: proximity sensor and earspeaker are not working. I have replaced sensor/front camera cable and earspeaker but it didn't help. No water signs, not been dropped.

Any ideas? Any help?

Best regards.

Maybe the phone is blocked on headset...this can be one reason...try to change the volume from side buttons and see what is written on the display....if you change the volume of headset means is blocked on headset , if shows speaker volume means you have another problem.

Best regards.,
