iPhone 5s Rear Camera stops responding

Hello guys, i have a 5s with strange problem, i don't know if it is because the latest update or replacing the housing, problem is that the rear camera is not working as it should, i replaced the camera, same issue, when you start it is either picture jammed, you can switch to front camera which works ok but when you switch picture of the front camera is also jammed but when closing and reopening the app the front camera works well, switching again from front to rear, picture freezes, a few attempts to check the board were done and nothing strange comes out, board is clean no water damage no anything, before when you were switching to front camera or even when you would start the app, the image was like flashing getting blurry and normal again and again until it would work even on the front / rear camera. now nothing at all, rear completely frozen, front works after restarting the app. flashing / cleaning / rebooting / hard resetting do not work. Please advice a hardware solution.
