iphone 5s u2 issue few questions

Hello,
Iphone 5s none charging issue.

I did replace tristar, didnt help... (I am idiot it wasnt tristar )
Than I checked near batt connector: FL11 ; C279 are missing....
I did solder back FL11 but no yet C279 I will do later.. (I dont think C279 is very important)

So I did test with multimeter.

So, with usb lead and without batt, on charging pin I am getting only 0,5V on battery pin +4.89v, but there is no battery at all?? It`s normal??? What could be wrong? Bad tristar soldered? Why is +4,89v?
Any advice pls
Thanks

I think that if everythink is ok on charging pin voltage would be from around 2.4V to 4V jumping.

Which pin do you mean exactly by battery pin you get 4.89V?

there is 3 pins on battery connector. 1 pin its ground, 2 pin its for charging, 3 is vcc+ from battery. So 2 pin is 0,5v ; 3 pin is 4,89v (battery not connected at all). Connected only usb lead.
