iPhone 5s usb not recognized - GSM-Forum

Hi! I have win 8.1 with last itunes, so when I connect the iphone play the sound on win (plug), and play sound (unplug). Of course itunes dont recognized good the iphone so give me an error.. What can I do? The iphone is without camera cause I forget put in haha. Thanks

The most common problem is either your charger port needs to be replaced or is dirty...or maybe the connection for the flex isn't properly inserted bro.

clean the bottom of your phone where you charge it

Ok ! But the problem could be in the connection of port with the mother board ?

yes it can , try a different charging port first bro
