iphone 5s water damage, completely dead

I have an iphone 5s and it dropped to a pool with chlorine water. I removed the motherboard shield and i cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and i think there is no more corrosion. But phone does not power on, it is completely dead, does not recognize from itunes, no sigh of life. Battery is dead, i change battery but nothing. The new battery has no power too but does not charge when i plug the usb cable. My knowlenge ends here and i really need your help. I have pictures of the motherboard but i can not upload here because iam new user.

Maybe a idea to check if the the battery connector has a short ?

First meassure the battery not connected to the terminal, then test it connected to the terminal if there's no voltage reading then you have a short on the pcb.

You can also do a "beep" test on the vcc and ground on the terminal connecto to see if it shorts.

There are several small components in size 0201 which you might not see if they are cracked. It could be your problem, several cracked components due to shorting cause of the water.
