Iphone 6 backlight problem

I have ip6 with no backlight. I've changed backlight coil - nothing; backlight diode - nothing; u1502 (backlight driver) - backlight work for 2 seconds and u1502 **** off. I put another one - same problem, when i connect lcd it works for 1-2 second, backlight shutdown and u1502 is very very hot. I tried 3 times and i gave up... I don't know why this u1502 backlight driver are ****ing off... Please help. iPhone is working fine except backlight.

Fl is not a problem, backlight work but only 2 seconds and u1502 is burned. I've searched for short but there is nothing. Maybe i put diode in wrong direction? Can someone take a picture of this diode to make suer that i put it in wright direction?
