iPhone 6 Baseband reballed got signal but cant make calls

I have a iPhone 6 with a strange problem.

iPhone came first in recovery mode due the -1 error baseband problem.
before reballing i tried software again and it actually flashed the software.

After software recovery i put a sim card and the signal was full.
When i made a live call the phone stopped working and hangs on that screen. Had to do hard reset. Without putting a simcard in the phone works fine i just cant make calls.

So i just reballed the BBCPU made the jumpers put the ic on. this time still couldnt make calls but the hanging of the software stopped. I also changed the bbpmu_rf power ic.

*#06# pops no imei. How is possible that i get full bar signal and my data internet(whatsapp, facebook) works while making the calls or receiving calls doesnt work.
